- Delivery times may be affected by local postal services and peak periods.
- If you have any special delivery instructions, please specify them when placing your order.
2. Returns & Refunds
🔄 Returning a Product:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return and Refund Policy – UG ORIGINAL

1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. If this period has expired, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
📌 Return Conditions:
- The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All return and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
