1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. All return requests must be made within this period.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • To be in one's original state

  • Not having been worn, used or washed

  • To be returned with its original labels and packaging

  • Must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

RETURN PROCEDURE

If your request is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • The item received does not match your order

We will assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution (replacement, refund or other).


3. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure products

  • Items on clearance or final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous or regulated products

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The most effective method is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.


5. Right of withdrawal — European Union

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without giving any reason.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with their original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the refund is approved:

  • It will be made using the original payment method.

  • The processing time is 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your banking institution.
If more than 15 working days have passed without receipt of the refund, please contact us.
