1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. If this period has expired, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All return and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved or declined.

βœ… If approved: The refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.

3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

2️⃣ Contact your credit card issuer (it may take a few days for the refund to be posted).
3️⃣ Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

4. Sale Items

⚠️ Sale or discounted items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items can be returned.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
